Tally Ho!

So, the hunting mob think Parliament should mind its own business and leave them to set their dogs on furry animals for fun. There they are, braying about their rights on television, as if it entirely escaped them that the vast majority of us are appalled at their hideous antics, not to mention the sight of their fat arses in hunting pink.

'Bwa bwa, it's tradition,' they say. 'Why should the townies decide what we do?'

Anybody would think their muddy acres were on a different planet, but for answer, how about the fact that they couldn't stay in business without our townie cash? Oh - and dare I mention Foot and Mouth and BSE, or compensation?

I wonder if the phrase, 'He who pays the piper,' is familiar down on the farm?

Sorry but i just had to give you another side of the farming story . i do not hunt but my land lord who i pay a huge rent to does its not farmers who hunt its the aristiocrasy , oh by the way its not nice to see a new born lambs head ripped off. Anyway landlords don't get subsidy its some farmers. The foot and mouth was a basterd our newborn lambs and calves all shot where were those cunts of animal rights when you wanted them. the compensation was nice but we had to spend it on new sock the lucky basterds who kept ther stock charged a fortune for it.Poll tax in the country should be lower i just get my bins emptied never seen a cop for fucking months you guys in the towns keep them busy as with all public services etc.B.S.E eat that shit from Argentina if you like buy eggs full of salmonella from Spain .French lamb hah they put our live lambs on bonfires over there i buy nothing French. Jesus i feel better after that, now i'm back to fucking farm paperwork after i've done a 14 hour day you lot in the towns have it easy.

Hi Shirl - glad you got that off your chest... We certainly have the same view of the animal rights buggers. I love a good rant - and I can see you do too. Thanks for giving your perspective. Hope you aren't really mad, though as you'll have noticed, Fred sets out to be controversial. Let us know about that other matter whenever your ready... Cheers

I got a bit of flack for that one. If you like them, maybe I should do a series on obesity - maybe I could run a few articles on noteable fattys... I could call it 'Fat Bastards'. Who shall we start with do you think? Suggestions welcome.
